Now here are questions of New Year:
1. What is your new year resolution?
2. What have you done?
3. Have you accomplished your past resolution?
4. If the answer in no.3 is NO, why?
5. What changes have you made last year?
Well, that's just simple questions but most people find it difficult to answer it. Reflect all of those questions and start doing something worthy in this new year.
Now lemme use one of classic examples.
I think everyone knows that smoking is not good for health. Many smokers say they want to quit smoking, but very few of them do quit. Why? because they lose their focus. Their intention to quit can not defeat their sickness of not smoking. They find it easier to continue smoking, because if they don't smoke, they just can not concentrate well, they feel dizzy or something like that. Of course, that is not easy. But you have to remember this my friends, difficult doesn't mean you can't. If we really focus on something we want to do, we can accomplish it. I don't say it is easy, it's never been easy anyway. Never. Ohh I remember my idol, one of people who inspired me, Robert Kiyosaki ever said that FOCUS stands for Follow One Course Until Successful. It is such a waste if we do something but in the midst of it, something distract us so we can not finish it.
